Frequently asked questions
A session will be approximately an hour. You will have the opportunity to ask questions although Deb will answer many questions during your reading without you needing to ask. Deb does not receive any information prior to your session nor will she ask you for any information. She will often receive dates, names, and specific details that can even include your loved one’s personality traits and things that happened in their life. You will know without a doubt that your loved one is around you and connected to you. Your reading will be kept private and strictly confidential.
For all sessions Deb’s office will reach out a day in advance with your video link and information you may need. Please call our office with any questions or needs 7203155235
Sessions require full payment at the time of scheduling. Book online of over the phone. All forms of credit card payments are accepted. PayPal is also an option. Please call if you need additional info.
Absolutely, all appointments are allowed to be recorded. If you have a Zoom session, we give you permission to record and save to your computer. All you need to do is download Zoom and we have the rest taken care of for you. If it is a phone session you will need to record to a second device or use an app of your choice to record. Deb recommends watching or listening to your session – many clients get more information the second time hearing it.
If you need to reschedule please contact us 48 business hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, and/or purchase a reading, product or service.
Please note that because of Deb’s busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment but we do our best to make it a great experience for you.
